Dominic was awesome. It was our first time trying Korean BBQ. He was patient and very welcoming. The food was so good! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

I don’t often post reviews nor do I often go to Gen’s, I strictly attend for my birthday, to which in this case- was exactly it. Came around 5:40- left at 7:10 and our Server, Jacob, was absolutely- and I say this with utmost confidence but Jacob was ASTOUNDING. Quality service to the T. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced service as well as Jacob had served us tonight. He was honest when we asked questions, giving his personal (and welcome) opinions. He was constantly at our table without us calling him to refill napkins, drinks, asking if we needed anything else, was patient with us, etc. The food was good but Jacob’s service just made the entire experience memorable. If you go to this branch of Gen’s request Jacob and tip him handsomely! Thank you so much Jacob 3

For my first time trying Korean BBQ, Gen Webster was a great opportunity. Our server, (Nathan) took great care of us and had great recommendations, we spent 3 hours eating and have over 15 plates and everything we didn’t cook was cooked perfectly (KFC, Fried Calamari, etc). Give it a try

10/10 this place right here! Great ambience. The manager is outstanding Mr. Matthew, he attended us and was very approachable and knowledgeable of the Meats, food was delightful maybe 1 or 2 meats we didn’t really like but the soy sauce they provided made all the difference, I wouldn’t do the chicken it takes quite of bit of time to cook. That’s if your not to hungry then you shouldn’t have a problem. Highly recommend this place.

Came here with a group of 6 friends for the grand opening! I have had great experiences with Gen BBQ before at other places like Dallas. This experience was just as good! For about 25.00, we had all you can eat meats and sides. The meat was very fresh and well marinated. I especially enjoyed the pork cheeks. They came in good portions and quite quickly. The sides were also fresh and well marinated. The customer service was the best part! The waiters were all quick and attentive! We did not have to wait too long for someone to be at our side to take our order for the next set of meat. Our waitress Lilith was especially attentive and helpful. The spacing was also very well done, with tables well aligned and large enough to fit our party comfortably. Overall, I will likely be coming here again in the future with friends and/or family as Korean BBQ is one of my favorite social meals, with Gen being among the top!

The food was outstanding, tender, and perfectly flavored. The service was top-notch, with the waitress ensuring we were well-fed and satisfied at all times. Despite being located on the other side of town, I will certainly be returning.

Amazing food. i'd recommend the premium wagyu & premium cajun shrimp. For appetizers the rice sticks, calamari, dumpligs, and cheese tonkatsu :D
